Just wanted to start compiling a list of women that have gone topless to reveal saggy breasts in a mainstream movie...

Off the top of my head, here are a few:

Teri Hatcher (Heaven's Prisoners): On the balcony

Sigourney Weaver (Death & The Maiden): In the bathroom

Meg Ryan (In The Cut): Standing in the room nude

There are degrees here. Sure, Meg's breasts don't point at the ceiling any more, but they aren't what I think of when I hear the word saggy.

You may as well list all breast scenes, because all breasts sag to some extent because of gravity.

Yeah, it's difficult. Mimi Rogers' breasts sag mightily all through Full Body Massage - but given their size, they don't have much choice. It's not as if it's a negative. On the other hand, Teri Hatcher's are indeed saggy in a kind of surprising and disappointing way. I know what I think the thread should be about, but it's kind of hard to define it.

Sally Kellerman (Ready to Wear) - favourite saggy breasts.
Regina Torné (Like Water for Chocolate)
Carol Drinkwater (An Awfully Big Adventure)
Kathy Bates (About Schmidt)
Sigourney Weaver (Death and the Maiden)

And fully agree about Teri's droopy ones - kind of shocking.

Hélène Fillières in Aïe aka Ouch (2000). Ouch! indeed. How did a girl with those sag bags do multiple nude scenes in this day of silicone?

I seem to recall a scene in "Reuben, Reuben" (1983) in which E. Katherine Kerr took off her bra, and Tom Conti commented on the effect that gravity was having on her.
